About Everest Climbing Tours
This site sets the Everest climbing tours next to each other: a full guided expedition, the trekking peaks of the Khumbu, Everest Base Camp treks, a Tibet tour to the north side, helicopter landings and the mountain flight from Kathmandu. It compares tour listings, the operators' own information and official sources such as the Nepal Department of Tourism. We do not operate or personally conduct these tours. The full line-up sits in the Everest climbing tours catalog.
Why It Exists
Every Everest listing looks alike in a search result: a prayer flag, a summit at sunrise, a line of trekkers on a ridge. The listings rarely put the details that change your trip in one place. Are the Lukla flights in the price? Which permits are covered? How many acclimatisation days, how high does it go, and what is paid on top, from the summit bonus to the tips?
Those are the columns of the comparison table here, read off each listing.
Where the Figures Come From
Tour prices, ratings, review counts and inclusions come from the listing on the platform that sells each tour. Itineraries, start points and heights come from the listing and the operator's own information. Permits, park fees, flights, seasons and altitude advice come from published sources, which each section names.
When two sources disagree, the page shows both or leaves the figure out.
What You Will Not Find
There is no invented mountain guide behind these pages, and no claim that anyone from the site walked these trails or stood on these summits. Reviews shown are short excerpts from four and five star platform reviews. A problem that comes up often, such as a Lukla flight held by cloud or a headache above 4,000 m, is written into the comparison with what to do about it.
How the Site Is Paid For
The booking buttons are affiliate links to GetYourGuide and Viator. If you book through one, the platform pays a commission and your price does not change. No operator pays for a place, a badge or the pick.
The details are on the affiliate disclosure page.
